I’ve wanted to keep a record of personal recipes for my daughters to cook
when I’m someday reduced to a room temperature dish of Fettucine-al-Dead-o, or Face-Planting the Meringue maybe even pushin’ up the perpetual parsley.
Something about food that’s familiar is quite simply
comforting with a capital C.
I began thinking about a small book of some sort but that idea fizzled.
A blog made more sense as it’s something I can just keep adding to as the years go by and I come across more recipes.

  yeahhh soooo why didn’t i know about this prior to like 3 days ago?? i’m still waiting on spaghetti and meatballs….or just my lesson in making it. (the sauce and meatballs…i can handle the pasta part) let’s make it happen.

  Oh I forgot to add that Ryan is obsessed with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. He and Tim smoked ribs on the grill for dinner tonight and Ryan had to add it….he puts in on hamburgers, hotdogs…….
  thought you’d get a kick out of that.

  
  Very hard not to get excited about Sweet Baby Ray’s.
  It is possibly the best BBQ sauce on the market.
  I’m thinking Ryan had a religious experience with the stuff?
