sounds like a spectacular blogger meet up - despite an instrument taking it's own holiday! i've had about a 75% success rate with blogger meet ups (3 fabulous, one battier than a loon). Glad yours worked out so wonderfully!

I wasn’t capable of making a phone call at that stage, I had murderous thoughts in my mind, and the intended victim was squarely in my sights…silly cow!

The grief this didg gave us is immeasurable!
By the time it got there I was close to inconsolable..I seriously thought it was gone ~m..
Eventually it did get there though {poor courier driver thought we were nuts, I’m sure of it!} but as Annie pointed out, we had actually taken the post it’s off..would have been much worse had we left them on!!
Can’t wait to see a vid of you playing your piece of wood, be it Jingle Bells or anything else other than what resembles a loud fart for that matter….and try not to kill anyone with that bloody phone ok??

Enjoyed this post enormously. It made me smile, which is something I’ve done little of since last Sunday…

I promise to be careful with the bullwhistle.
