I’ve finally caught up with some of the details on this whole thing. I swear, I’m making a t-shirt that says, “you are just propagating the stereotype.”
If people could take out the political element of racial tension, it would be much easier to identify the root problem and create change in situations like these. (Easier said than done, but, really.) People that embody stereotypes do exist, but at the same time stereotypes are almost always over-generalization. The whole situation makes me angry. And I’m guessing that sign won’t do the trick for anyone.

*Sigh* I’m so tired of hearing ‘woe is me’. I don’t feel sorry for anyone anymore. Sad that it’s come to apathy.
