I don’t mind bugs, snakes or rodents (well, I’m not crazy about bats, having had several encounters) but I am TERRIFIED of heights. I can’t even watch scenes in a movie that are up high! “Vertigo” is the most frightening film I’ve ever seen.

Heights, huh?
How do you do flying?
That must be awful.
I was cleaning my in-laws gutters a few weeks ago.
The first few minutes high up on the ladder was a bit shaky.
I settled down after that.
Does anyone like bats? Eeeewwww…

I’ve always had recurring dreams that my children drown in a flood. I’m a really good swimmer, but for some reason, in my dreams, I’m not able to save them. That dream scares me.

I also don’t like being alone at night, when things go bump. And I hate bugs of any kind. The six-legged or eight-legged variety…they all get squished by me. I’m an equal opportunity squisher.

I was going to mention that too, Lass.
For me, my kids fall into another category.
More cataclysmic than just a scare, ya know?

I don't think anything scares me...I mean really scares me. Well, things that can rationally happen don't scare me. But I can concoct a whole bunch of stuff in my head that scares me. For example, being destitue and living out of a shopping cart, cancer or some other illness I'm sure I'm dying over. I'm completely irrational, and that scares me. I'm probably scaring you now. How do you feel about Michael Jackson? ~m

I’m scared of the usual – something happening to Zoe, me getting sick, blah blah blah…There isn’t really anything that would make me from it. I do hate rats, I’m not scared of them, just detest them! I am scared that I’m allergic to some kind of insect or spider, I should really find out what. I react badly to insect bites and my whole leg swelled up after being bitten by a european wasp back in highschool. The worst by far was the night I ended up in hospital with an anaphalactic reaction to something. Not sure what. We’d ruled out food, meds and products I used. I was very lucky my throat didn’t swell up….the only thing we could come up with was something had bitten me, and considering the reaction that happens from a mozzie bite, thats probably the case!
LOL at the image of you mowing the lawns, would love to see a video of that one day
